Stefani Germanotta, also known as Lady Gaga, was born on the 28th of March at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, New York City in 1986. She is the daughter of  Joseph Germanotta, who also happens to be an internet entrepreneur, and  Cynthia Louise, a  philanthropist, and a business executive. In her family, she also has a little sister named Natali.

She was brought up on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and did her schooling at Convent of Sacred Heart. In addition, She also took up piano lessons from the age of four, and by her teenage years, she started playing at open mic nights and performed in school plays. She attended acting school at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute and auditioned for many roles in New York before his music career took a toll.
